I'd like to expose the cover-up surrounding my father's death... The article in the NY Times says that there was a suicide note... I had a handwriting expert examine it and he's willing to prove in court that it's a forgery but I've got to get to court. The city solicitor for Washington County Pennsylvania. refuses to release a copy of the police report on a closed alleged suicide case. Even after I've clearly sent him a FOIA request form.
My father was left handed, shot in the back of the right side of his head.
Please contact Senator Bob Casey of Pennsylvania and ask him to have this case moved to the States Attorney's office in the Allegheny County Pennsylvania area. I need all the help I can get to re-open my father's case.
I desperately want to re-open this case as a homicide and local law enforcement are dragging their feet...
