National scaling back tax cuts

Given yesterday's news, National is scaling back on its tax cuts which will be announced tomorrow. Following on from the Labour tax cuts of 1 October 2008, National will be making further tax reductions on 1 April 2009, 1 April 2010 and 1 April 2011.
