Hmm, this may be a mistake.
I was so interested to see this, I decided to check it out.

Which is not the actual destiny church site, which is here http://www.destinychurch.org.nz/
You'll also notice that the new look on the Destiny Church website is blue and not red.
So either the 'bishoptamaki' website is preserving something that Destiny has taken down from their own website, OR the whole thing is a (humorous) prank.
I've just tracked down more of the story.
It looks like it really is Brian, but there is a very funny twist.

It is a legit site... every clickable link on the brian tamaki site goes to the destiny church site.
Scary!
