Political question of the day

Who was the first Maori woman to become a minister in the New Zealand parliament?

Too easy? Answer this, then.

Well that was far too easy, yes she was the second female Cabinet Minister. Good. The next question is interesting, who was the first female Maori Minister from the Labour Party?

I was going to Whetu also. She was pretty useless though.

She is also the answer to your 2nd question.
